Last night we had Jackson again so we figured we'd take some pics after his just before bedtime.  He looks a lil sleepy in some of them.

A 2003 Mini Cooper S........

.........is what Kendra drove away in today.  She's been looking for a car for the past few weeks and recently fell in love with the Mini's.  Today, on our lunchbreak we went to test drive one and they made her an offer she couldn't refuse!  She's pretty excited about learning how to drive a car with a manual transmission cause this one has a six speed manual.  I'll let the pics do the rest of the talking.

1993 Bayliner 2050 Capri LX

.........is the boat that I picked up yesterday and took it to my house.  Yes, I'm very excited about using it this summer!  It's old but in pretty good shape.  It'll take some cleaning up before I post any pics.  Give me several days to get that done.  Anyway, y'all are invited to come spend the weekend camping, skiing, tubing, fishing, eating, and otherwise have all sorts of fun, (that's an open invitation, i'm sure it will be happening many weekends this summer so just let me know when you're coming).  I need to get off of here and get some work done but I wish all of you in Xangaland an AWESOME day/week.

Finally!...................i'm updating

So I joined the "Miller Family Blogring" and my own aunt "Teagal" forgot who I was so I thought I should update.  Thanks Katy! 

It's been absolutely crazy around here with work, church, and just life in general so any extra hours I had were normally spent sleeping.  Here are some of the things that I've accomplished in the past few weeks.

I went to Ohio to visit my awesome family and had a great time!  Jackson had lot's of fun with all his lil "stepcousins" and "grampa n gramma miller".  Thanks so much for all the love y'all give him when he comes around.  We also visited Grace Mennonite on sunday morning and saw more friends and family that I haven't seen for quite some time.

Here at home I've been trying to get everything done at work that I normally have to do plus we had to get all of our tax stuff ready, do inventory, etc, etc.......

I finally got the outside of my house looking a little better by removing all of the yucky stuff that was growing in the flower beds and replacing it with mulch.

I sold my 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500!!  I never had time to ride it anyway and the guy paid me what I needed plus gave me a nice little golf cart that'll come in pretty handy this summer. 

On Tuesday, Kendra and I took Jackson and his mom to the doctor for Jackson's shots and a checkup.  They gave him two shots in each leg and each time they went in he cried more.  He's doing just fine now though, 9 months old, 21 lbs. and growing!  He's crawling around getting into everthing and trying to pull himself up. (I'll get some more pics posted soon)

Tomorrow I'll be going to look at a Bayliner 20' ski boat cuz I thought it'd be fun to take it to the lake this summer and a friend of mine thinks I can get a pretty good deal on it.  (we'll see if we have time to use it

This weekend my good friend Jonny Beachy and his girlfriend Becky are coming out here for the weekend so it looks like we'll have all sorts of fun. We're planning on going to Alexander's Steakhouse for dinner on Fri night then possibly catch a movie. 

Well........I've been rambling a little bit so I'm gonna get back to work and I'll update again as soon as I have more pics of Jackson n Kendra.   TTFN!

I think I've got the "wintertime blues"...... Lil Jackson was sick, sick, sick, and I felt soooo bad for him. Some nights he wouldn't go to bed for quite a while then when we finally laid him down he'd have another coughing fit and it would wake him up.  Kendra took a day off work last week to take him to the Dr.  They just gave him some antibiotics and said he had to be on a clear liquid diet for 24hrs.  He wasn't too impressed with the pedialyte but he finally drank some chicken broth and then for desert he devoured a pedialyte popcicle.  Just as he was getting better I hit the couch with severe sinus issues and bronchitus. I finally went to the Dr. today to see what I had and what kind of drugs I should be taking.  I ended up getting a shot in the rear and some pills and $200.00 later i was out the door.  Anyway, Kendra and her family have been awesome taking care of me and nursing me back to health.  Kendra's lil sister Megan thought it was pretty funny that Chris had to "go see Nurse Kim and get a 'pingin' in the butt".
